Outside Sales (m/f)
Location: TURKEY/Istanbul
Your responsibilities include:
As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and strengthening customer partnerships

Actively promote and sell company products and solutions within your assigned territory

Develop relationships with new and existing customers, providing technical consultation, product recommendations, and pricing quotations

Work closely with internal teams, supporting projects from design to implementation
-
Regularly visit customer sites to understand their needs and ensure long‑term partnerships
-
Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow customer base and market share
-
Prepare, present, and defend commercial offers for both existing and potential customers
-
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs with company capabilities

Conduct territory research and proactively identify new prospects

Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets
What you bring to us:
We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong technical and commercial mindset:

University degree or technical college education (or equivalent professional experience)

3–5 years of experience in technical sales and design within the electronic components industry

Solid understanding of the Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, and Transportation markets

Strong analytical skills with an innovative and creative approach to problem‑solving
-
Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and sales skills

Confident communication and presentation abilities

Results‑driven mindset with strong customer orientation

Ability to manage deadlines and work successfully toward challenging targets

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Willingness and flexibility to travel locally

Proficient in MS Office toolsAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
