Director Sales Europe - Defense, Aerospace & Space (m/f/d)

Location: Europe

As Director Sales for our IP&E Defence, Aerospace & Space (DAS) business, you will develop and implement the regional strategy for profitable growth across Europe. You will be responsible for the regional P&L, driving design-in and design-win activity, and leading a high-performing team across multiple countries to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic and tactical business plan for our IP&E portfolio within the European DAS customers and market
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team of both direct regional reports and indirect functional branch sales teams
  • Managing and developing senior customer relationships with Tier-1 DAS key accounts across Europe
  • Working closely with leading IP&E franchise partners to ensure business and technical alignment and strong growth roadmap visibility
  • Actively liaise with TTI global sales personnel to align and leverage global customer engagements
  • Overseeing the regional P&L and driving revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and a healthy design-win pipeline
  • Ensuring all commercial activities comply with industry standards and requirements, and leading obsolescence management strategies for long-term defence programs

What you bring to us:

  • 12+ years of experience in the electronics distribution or component manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep technical and commercial knowledge of IP&E components, including connectors, relays, passives, and electromechanical products for Mil/Aero applications
  • An established network within the European Defence, Aerospace & Space procurement landscape and NATO-affiliated supply chains
  • Proven ability to lead remote and matrixed teams across different European cultures
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Fluent in English, with German or French considered a strong advantage
