Inside Sales

Location: Cluj-Napoca

Our Inside Sales Representatives sell company products and services into the electronics industry. Using your strong sales and communication skills, you will nurture customer relationships and manage the entire process, from generating quotes to ensuring successful delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined customer base
• Proactively develop the sales area and establish new customer relationships
• Monitor quality figures for our customers and provide price and delivery quotes
• Follow up on quotes; process orders, coordinate and monitor shipments to customers
• Maintain successful supplier relationships
• As the first point of contact for customer complaints, you will provide customers with solutions to any problems they have

What you bring to us:

• Completed a commercial and/or technical vocational training
• Have acquired several years of sales experience 
• You are a communicative, team-orientated person with strong organizational skills, independent work ethic and quick understanding of new information
• Fluent Romanian and good English skills
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially MS Excel
