Inside Sales

Location: Varna

As an Inside Sales, you will be responsible for selling company products and services. You will work closely with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management and Sales Management. The focus is on building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to exceed our customers’ requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting a defined customer base, developing the sales area and building new customer relationships
• Monitoring quality figures for our customers and providing price and delivery quotes
• Following up on quotes, processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers
• Maintaining successful supplier relationships
• Coordinating customer deliveries and ensuring timely execution
• Serving as the first point of contact for customer complaints and providing effective solutions to customer issues

What you bring to us:

• Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training, bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• Several years of experience in electronics industry and/or have experience in sales, supply chain management and logistics
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian language and a very good command of English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• You are a team-orientated person with an independent work ethic and quick understanding of new information
